Hubby takes his semi there to get his APU worked on. They do fair work, but nothing above & beyond what's reported or written, even if they find another problem.

Ususally dependable and claim to be 24/7 but they turned their phone system off over the weekend. Tried to call on(7/5/14 and 7/6/14) from several different numbers. No answer no message line. Lost product and money.

I recently bought a trk, it had a tri-pac apu on it but no inverter, i bought a 1500 watt cobra inverter at the trk stop for $150 and wires for $40 but the manager here say they dont install cobras, then made up a story that cobras are not safe and i would have to buy their inverter with labor include $950, after he told me that outrageous price i cancel the order, i was willing to pay about 2 hour of their labor about $180 but because of their greed they wont get any, after that i talk to another driver and he show me how easy it is to hook the wires to the batteries put the wires thru the wall into the inventer, thanks to that driver i save lot of money
