Great place. Been buying from them for years. Really appreciate their knowledge and expertise and prices are very reasonable compared to prices online.

These people have great customer service this even stayed open late on a Friday for me so that I could pick up my filter for my Frigidaire.

My homies truck broke down out front and was broken into. And had it's battery, radio, speakers and tools stolen out of it. Their parking lot is not safe for over night parking.

Came to purchase parts to repair a dryer for a customer, wasn't sure which part I needed before seeing the dryer. An employee by the name Tyler ensured me if I bought two of the possible parts to repair the dryer, I could bring back and get a full refund for the part that wasn't the issue. I came to return the extra part and the manager told me I couldn't return something that has been plugged, which obviously to test the parts it has to be plugged in to be tested. The manager insisted he trains these employees himself and wouldn't say that. Horrible business ethic! Poorly run, and full of uneducated employees. Take your business elsewhere!

I will not shop anywere else. I can walk in with a random part in my hand and they will say.. "Oh that's the heating coil for a Kenmore dryer made from 1990 to 1998... We have that in stock and it costs about $20 dollars" It's truely amazing..

I went in the other day looking for the timer for a washer because I thought mine had gone out, and they suggested I look at the lid switch instead. I looked and sure enough that was the issue and not the timer. They saved me hundereds of dollars.

These guys are efficient. If they don't have a part in stock, they can get it in within a week.

Fast, friendly service, and very knowledgeable about the parts you need.

The only bad part is sometimes they are out of the parts I need.

Do not buy from Associated Parts! they are liers and unprofessionals. On a cold sat. my furnace went out, I called associated they had the part and said they would hold the part for me I told them I was on my way, jumped in car and hurried to store arrived 15 min. before their posted close time, the door was locked. I walked around to side of building the employees were getting in their trucks and drove around me to leave and would not even look at me.I had to buy portable heaters at Lowes to keep family warm. Found part at Lock the next monday cheaper.The next tuesday I went to Associated to talk to the manager or owner, the counter guy went in to the office and came back and said they refused to talk to me. If you want to support this kind of people with no integrity so be it, I never will.
