I love this place! They're always very nice and helpful. Other parts store in town are way more expensive, so stick with this one if you want to save.

Not sure what the John Newton guy below is talking about. I have been in several times and the staff is very professional and experienced. I've never heard a curse word and they always seem to find what I need. Don't be afraid to bring your kids in. I highly recommend associated parts!

They've been around for a long time, been using them for years. Always have a large selection, great prices, and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of Klein tools too.

Outstanding fast and quick also very knowledgeable about appliances also helped me put together a heating element and just one of the best customer service I’ve seen.

Craig was most helpful, I emailed my issues with a dryer and a follow up call to narrow down the required parts. All was ready for me to pay-n-go as the alternative was shopping with the wife for a new dryer.

One of the workers inside was very pleasant and patient with me when I needed a replacement fan motor for my fridge. The current fan motor was a discontinued part number with no listed replacement, but he found one that would work with a simple plug rewire. I'm very impressed as he went above and beyond by using rust buster to loosen the rusted bolt that held the fan in place and made sure it would mount where the original fan assembly was mounted.

Got no service period ive been waiting 2 weeks for my whirlpool lower door hinges amd they said 2 days and its been way more and wont return calls i want my miney back so they ignore my messages if your wantong a quick part dont go here and i prepaid cause they wouldnt order otherwise

The friendly staff went well above and beyond helping me with my HVAC parts. They had the correct parts not available any where else in town. Unlike internet stores, I had my parts in hand then and there and the pricing was very close to the internet stores, I did not have to be cold one more night, that is worth a lot in my book. Aftermarket parts. Like pulling teeth to price match. Always so busy you end up spending at least 20 minutes in store. Way better service in town. No online website to look up prices.
