Father and son business. The son came saying that the dad couldn’t make it and that he was going to show up the next day. They asked for half down. To buy the materials, which were purchased. I gave the son the other half for labor and never heard from him again. Pretty much stole my money and took off. Would not recommend this company to anyone. The father said he prides himself with his work yet they pulled a fast one on me. Lessoned learned. Thanks a lot Crider’s.

Great customer service and they have a great team. The big guy is funny and very smart. Overall, Paul and Cindy are the best in the business and The big guy John is going to be an expert before too long. I would call them back anytime.

Their quote was nice. And they were referred from someone I trusted. But they backed out of our repair. I feel if you give someone a quote then you should be able to perform the task. Or notify them at the time of the quote that they were not able to take on the job. Just for that reason alone im not sure id recommend them.

I woke up this morning with my heater suddenly quitting on me but instead of panicking i knew i could rely on Criders Heating & Air! Gave them a quick call, and my heater was working within an hr even in this snow storm! Extremely grateful for the warmth, thank you! -Stormi Cox

Criders hooked up 2 mini split systems for me. Were very friendly and efficient and rates are unbeatable. I highly suggest giving them a call for your heat and air needs.

You can definetly count on Criders Heat and Air. I"ve called the other guys before and the other guys fell through my cieling. my wife and I Called Criders heat and Air and talked to a lovely lady named Cindy and they sent some one right out to Fix the other guys mess.Thanks Criders.

No response from service. Despite claiming to be open 24 hours. Have called numerous times and left messages.

Good and friendly service and helpful instructions on how to use unit. Did a great cleanup after.
