I would highly recommend Acock! This company was responsive to my situation, set up an appointment immediately, text to let me know they were on their way to my home. Then, once hired, they were just as responsive, attentive to the needs of the situation, delivered on price, professionalism and timeliness. I had attempted to hire several other companies before choosing Acock and I am very glad with the choice we made to have Acock work on the house. Best customer service!!

Lucas, Scott, Cheryl, and one of their assistants were all fantastic. Lucas and his assistant tore out and replaced two furnaces in my small basement. It was a dirty, difficult job and they were here all day. After all their work, it turned out I had a bad plug and also needed a new compressor part. Cheryl came out and replaced a part in my compressor the next day, and Scott and Lucas came back to help troubleshoot. Everything eventually worked great. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Highly recommend.

Acock is by far the best in town. They are always on time and very accommodating. Whether its a new install or a service call, you can rely on them to get the job done when they say they're going to do it.

These guys did such a great job. After contacting them on a Thursday, they showed up on the following Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. and got right to work. They removed the existing blower, condenser, etc. Installed the new system by about 5:30 or so that evening. Very pleasant guys, hard workers, and professional.

Service was awesome. The tech that came out was very professional and got my ac up and running really fast. I will use them again and recommend to everyone I know !!!!!

Excellent and timely service. My old unit was starting to act up (after only 21 years!). Phillip had a new unit (same brand Armstrong Air) up and running in 1 day. Neat installation and smooth running. Couldn’t be happier with the price and the service.

Besides our personal home we have multiple rent houses in the Shawnee area and anytime we call on Acock they are always quick and efficient. I’ve actually ended up having a number to text Jennifer and she gets right back with me and within a couple of hours someone is there taking care of whatever problem we are having. Every technician that has come out have been friendly and thorough.

We have used Acock several times now and each time they have been fantastic. Most recently we signed up for the Ac and Furnace checkup and the service was fantastic. We will definitely be renewing this service for next year and will be using Acock for any future needs.
