The technicians were kind, professional, knowledgable, and arrived when they said they would. Our unit had a minor drain issue that they were able to diagnose and fix quickly. The technicians were here for maybe a total of 30 minutes and had us up and running. The cost for their services was definitely reasonable. Air Specialties will be getting our future business.
