Oklahoma Heat & Air spent 2 1/2 days at our house installing a new AC unit, along with re-arranging intake vents and ducts. Chris and his crew were very respectful, friendly and professional. The guys cleaned up where they had worked at the end of the day. Since this was done in August, Mark brought over two portable AC units to keep us and our dogs cool and comfortable while the work was being done. The suggestions made regarding where to place intake vents have made such a difference in the way our house feels now, compared to before.
When we received our first electric bill, the cost had taken a deep dive!

Mark gave me my start in this industry and I can honestly say he practices what he peaches. I learned a lot of good habits working for Oklahoma Air for the short time that I did.

They installed my heat pump about 7 years ago. I have them do a maintenance visit every 6 months and as a result I have few problems with the unit. I had a condensation problem last summer, but I was charged only for the part that was defective and not for any service call or labor. These people are prompt, courteous, and reasonable. I have no issues at all with them.

Very prompt, courteous and thorough. We will never use anyone else because this company was the only one who would help us when we had a two story house that had to have a whole new duct system installed a few years ago.

Mark and his team has gone above and beyond other companies when it comes to customer service. We had 3 different HVAC providers come to our house and give us quotes. Oklahoma air was the most resonable and helpful with making a costly decision. They were extremely efficient and clean while installing and on time. They even send technicians to check on the unit after a couple months amd provide maintenance help. Buying a new A/C is not fun for anyone, but the people at Oklahoma Air made it an enjoyable experience.

Oklahoma Air installed my Lennox Heat and Air Unit July, 2014. They come out twice a year for the units maintenance/health check. They are professional, pay attention to detail and always thank me for letting them take care of my Heat/Air needs. I recommend them to others.
