Mainard & Sanders Heating & Air Conditioning

My heater stopped working and Mainard and Sanders went out to diagnose the probIem for $224. I got a quote of $1366 to repair the fan coil or $2996 to replace it. I decided to have them repair it since it is an older heater. I get a message from John the next day stating that they were unable to find the parts for the older model and to call him back to discuss my options. When I called back to get more information (ie part numbers and alternate options) I am told that there are no other options other than pay $2966 for replacement fan coil. I again asked for a part number to see if I could locate it myself and he didn't have that information and then I was told "I don't have time to deal with this and you can figure it out for yourself" right before John hangs up the phone on me. I was only on the phone with him for 2-3 minutes before he decided to hang up on me.

John and Dan are amazing yo work with. They're timely, organized and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
