Lane was helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure he didn’t over charge us for unnecessary work. We were very happy to work with them!

Had them out to give a quote for install, showcased some other defects in safety inspection that weren’t pressing but could use repair in future. Super quick repair time. Appreciate the non-pushiness for the major repairs and have multiple avenues on quote for electrical assembly installation. Will use them going forward for electrical repairs.

I’m usually on here leaving reviews where I’m a little unhappy but let me tell you, I was so pleased with the service we received from Barnett. We called because we smelled an electrical burning and they had Omar out within thirty minutes. He was so awesome and helped us understand what had happened and did a great electrical inspection. We will absolutely use them again and are going to switch to their heat and air services as well.
