Barnett Electrical Heating and Air

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Dustin was great and explained our AC issues very well. We've received both electrical and HVAC services from Barnett's and they have been exceptional. They will continue to be our go-to for any problems or service needs we have in the future.

Follow up to my previous review...We did need to have a replacement. We were over the top pleased with Barnett Electrical Heating and Air!! First of all, the initial appointment was on time, thorough and timely. We received a quote within hours of the assessment with THREE options that would serve us. We picked an option and we received an appointment for 2 days later. On install day, they were on time also! They allowed 2 days for the job but they were finished in one. Our house hasn't felt this good in SEVERAL years. To think, I just googled A/C repair near me on a Sunday morning and had new and cool air that Thursday, start to finish! I now have a friend calling Barnett for an assessment because I have raved about how great their customer service was and how great a job they did!

We were very happy with the quickness of getting an appointment and their promptness at showing up. We were also very pleased with the detail in the final information and estimates. Just frustrated we have to get a new unit...which has nothing to do with Barnett Electrical. :-)

We've never had to use electric service before but they did amazing. Pricing was very upfront with no surprise fees. Less than 2 hours later and we are back to normal. Richard was very personable and explained what was wrong and what he was going to. Need. to do to fix it. He gave us recommendations to things we'd need to update in the future.

Barnett Electrical was able to come out the next day and install all the electric for my sauna I needed. Omar was very professional and his work was fast and clean. Gave me options and worked with my concerns. I will be calling for more work!

I made an oops and fried an outlet. It lit up like a Christmas tree. Killed the power in both home offices! BES was here and gone in less than two hours from the time I called and on a Friday! Whoever answered the phone was wonderful and our technician was twice that. We’ll be using their services for all our needs/concerns and future updates/services required. 10/10 :)

Super easy and quick appt. Hunter was extremely nice and efficient and was in and out with a beautiful install of a new charging port for my car. Payment with credit card easy on tablet and emailed invoice. Keep up the great job.

Dustin came out to do a tune up on my AC unit. He cleaned all the debris that were on the back side of the unit, tested all of my levels on the unit among other things. He was very professional, called ahead to let me know he was on his way to my home and letting me know how long until he arrived. Highly recommend this young man.

Sam was incredible. He showed up on time, took his time listening to my numerous items that I needed done (EV charger, pool pump panel, outlet repair, etc), and wrote up an estimate that gave me several different options based on budget. He knew all the codes pertaining to my work and his work was beautifully done. I couldn’t ask for me. This will definitely be new go-to company for electrical and HVAC.

Hunter was great, polite, very communicative in the process of getting an exhaust fan installed in our bathroom. Now we can start remodeling it to get it where we need it. We’ll continue to use them for future use as well as we remodel the house.

We have a newborn, baby, and our technician not only rushed to the residence, but stayed well after he needed to you to assure that my family was safe and comfortable. I will be using Barnett home services for all of my heating and air needs going forward! Thank you so much for doing such a great and professional job! You guys rock!
