We had built a new house and felt that it never cooled right. This year with the weather being so hot the air conditioner really was not able to keep up. I call Meares Mechanical they came out promptly and to my surprise my unit needed 2 pounds of Freon. That would explain why my air never cooled right. My only regret is that I did not call them sooner!

They met me at my rental property and were on time and very professional. I was told by a plumber that my AC unit was causing a water leak and the Meares Mechanical technician helped me figure out where the leak was coming from even though it wasn't caused by the AC unit. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I will be using them in the future. I highly recommend Meares Mechanical.
