Being a first time home owner can be scary. It’s hard to know who is out there to help you or take advantage of what you do not know. Upon talking for just a few minutes and being asked to refer to them as mom and pop, I knew that I had found someone honest and reliable to shoot straight with me. My thoughts were further reinforced when he found out I was a disabled veteran living alone and in hard times. I know now that there is an honest alternative to all these service expert conglomerates trying to snuff out all small or independent businesses.
