Davis Air Conditioning

Bobby Standridge of Davis Air Conditioning came this morning to our very hot house to repair our air conditioner. He found that our system needed a reset because it had been knocked off line due to lightning last night. He got it working very quickly and charged us a minimal amount for repairs. I trust Davis Air to give me excellent service at reasonable cost.

Exceptional service from Davis Air Conditioning. I had a 15 year old a/c unit that pretty much stopped working last summer. After months of swapping out parts last year to no real effect thru a home warranty, I decided to just replace the unit. Davis Air delivered everything they promised, plus more. Installation happened on schedule as planned all to my liking. In addition, there was a monthly promotional for a Plasma pure air cleaner added which was not expected. Truly a great team of professionals who delivered above what was expected. And no, I’m not tied to Davis Air in any manner, other than being a satisfied customer.

Tech came out twice to fix my frozen unit. First time charged me almost $2,500 to replace parts. Second time (same problem), came and 'fixed' it, my husband caught him watching a youtube video about fixing units. About one week later, broke again. Not fixed either time he came out. Had to reach out to another company that told me the unit was too old and no one should have wasted time and money to replace parts. This is the first time we have had issues with Davis. Very professional and efficient all other times we did business with Davis.

Wanted an estimate to change my insulation on the ducts in my attic (was told by another company they needed changed). Chris (the technician with Davis Air) was honest and professional. He recommended the current insulation was sufficient and not to spend the money for new insulation.
It is great to have honest techs like this!

Chris is an angel in a uniform. He's so honest and real - and his work speaks for itself. I'm a first time homeowner and all three times he came out (my system was dying) he gave me all my options, even the limp along option that got me by long enough to save for a new system. He gave me honest opinions and talked to me as if we were friends. I appreciated his respectfulness. 10 out of 10, I'd recommend the man and his company to anyone.

Responsive, great communication throughout. The guys that showed up to do the work were professional and cleaned up after themselves. (They even cleaned up some of what a previous A/C company left behind from work that was done years ago.) Very pleased with the repair work that was done.

Chris Hall is an outstanding technician. He explains what is wrong with the system, the repair procedures and answers all my questions and explains the repair process. Davis Air's PSA program is an outstanding way to get regular and timely service. It has saved me money on major repairs.

I had A/C problems and called from work Monday morning. The technician arrived and had the unit repaired before lunch. Very prompt and very professional. This has been our experience every time we have needed service from Davis. From the initial install 10 years ago we have always had prompt, professional, courteous service. I would absolutely recommend Davis.
