Our family had an issue at 7pm w our heaters thermostat, and needed replaced. The weather was horrible this evening and we couldn’t go without heating. Rocky and was able to receive our call and come out himself! Their rapid response and service in the best! Thank you Guymon Heating and Air.

Very Unpofessional my apt was scheduled for 830 am after nobody showing up, I called and called nobody would pick up my phone call, front lady told me she didn’t no why they didn’t show up yet nor where the plumbers were. Plumbers showed up at 4pm told me they did not have have the truck with the correct equipment so they would have to come back the next day.

Best professional service and customer service in town. Had a new unit installed in less than a day. Very courteous and helpful. Customer service from technician as well as admin and management was great.

Called them for a heater issue. They showed up about an hour later and fixed it quick. Highly recommend.
