I have used Minter and Sons many times, from routine maintenance to complete system install. The quality of their work is second to none. They always arrive on-time and are professional and courteous. They are an American Standard dealer, so you know you are going to get a quality system.

We purchased our American Standard heating and air conditioning unit from Minters many years ago and we continue to have our service contract with them. Our only problems have been with critters getting into the unit and messing it up. Each time, Minters was very responsive and got to us quickly for repairs.

Dan arrived promptly with his apprentice and they diagnosed my issue. After a brief explanation I made the decision of how to proceed. They accomplished that task and all is well. Great service.

My air conditioner went out, needed a new capacitor. Temp got to 90 and these guys were the only company that could get to me on a Saturday. Within two hours of calling they arrived and fixed the problem quickly and cost effectively. I own an appliance repair business with a dozen property mgmt companies and will be referring all of them to Minter and Sons.
