Not a very organized place. Called for an ac re-charge, they said the tech would call to schedule. The tech calls the following day then has to check with the office to set up the schedule. They had the wrong name on the ticket, like not even close, I'm not sure how that got messed up. The tech shows up and says he doesn't have r-22 on the truck (why wouldn't you for a re-charge) then tries selling a new type of refrigerant that would require a complete system drain and refill. Either way, I couldn't get a strait answer on price, very unclear guesses at best. It cost me $90 for the tech to try to sell me on an "upgrade" for the system and tell me what I already knew. My AC still needs charged.

First time using Bowman and professional from start to finish. Receptionist was courteous and didn't give a best guess but gave a no BS day they could service that was accurate. Service tech Myron was professional and gave several options that would work best for me, not what they could sell me new to replace my old but still useful equipment. Back up, running and thankful to this team.

Just had an install from Bowman and the guys that came were super kind and professional. They didn't start playing loud music even with the big install ahead of them. No one was telling vulgar stories, or cursing, etc. They went right to work the moment they showed up. And the install I thought would take all day they finished in a few hours. The quality of their work did not appear to suffer from start to finish. They explained the system to me in basic terms and didn't get all fancy in their wording because I know little about HVAC. They cleaned up their messes and even apologized when making a mess, even though I didn't mind. They knocked on the door whenever they entered "my home," which is SUPER important to me. I have a pregnant wife and I am very protective. They didn't even know about her being in the house, which they get major brownie points for not being creeps, or coming off nosey about my life. There was a younger guy who was on the install and he was very well mannered and knowledgeable. That was impressive. Uhhhh...what else. Sorry, not sorry, I'm leaving a big comment because sometimes people overlook the complements of the physical labor industry and I am just not that guy. This company at this point has my 5 star vote. Wish I remembered the two gentleman's names but, I don't, darn. Shout out anyways to the gents. Take care and be safe out there in this heat.

Great techs but the Office staff never return your call. Or follow up on your inquiries about and estimate time for service. Multiple days in a row we were bumped off the schedule without a courtesy call. It’s ok to be busy but let the customer know so they can make the necessary adjustments or hire another company. we were left without an properly working AC for days. We let a few days slide we were told 2 days in a row we were on the schedule and in the morning when we called in to make sure it was going to happen that day, the answer was no we are too busy. Normally a customer would get frustrated(and I did). They simply hung up on me. I called back asked to speak to someone else so we can rectify our relationship. ( we have been doing business with this company for multiple years) I got hung up on again. Good luck to them We found someone that was able to get the problem taken care of the same day.

I have used Bowman Heat and Air twice now and have been extremely pleased with the workmanship, staff and speed of service. I will continue to use Bowman for any future repairs and recommend them highly. From answering the phones to the technician, I felt like a valued customer and very confident in the work preformed.
