I called them and they came out within a couple hours. They were informative, professional and honest.

I will definitely call them again if we have heater or air conditioning issues.

I have used Blizzard for about 10 years now and about 6 years ago I had them and about six years ago had them install a brand new Rheem system and their service is about and beyond excellent. The techs Ryan and summer are absolutely the best they are always courteous and helpful and go above and beyond every time. They also know what their doing. I know I can count always count on them to fix my stuff correct

Extremely professional and responsive. The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and caring. They not only fixed the problem but taught me how to maintenance the system to keep it running correctly and have lower utility bills. Would definitely reccomend.

They didn't fix my account unit the first time and They were two hours late the second call out and didn't have parts the second call out and then told me ACoils were bad and they are fine wouldn't call me back when tech was late and hung the phone up on me when discussing about tach coming out this morning. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional.
