Heat went out on Saturday morning around 3am. Service tech arrived at 9am and quickly fixed the problem. I'm on the yearly maintenance plan and I was charged the cost of a regular hours visit instead of an emergency weekend visit. Big money saver and they keep my unit maintained before summer and winter use. Great company.

Added on parts that didn't need replacing trying to charge for them when heater was still broken. Don't recommend paying them a dime till the job is done! I'd take pictures of your working parts before they come. Not an honest company. Seems like they have a price goal for each house. They overcharge $200 or more for each part and charges for service plus labor upfront before job is done. $150 to come put and look at it..... smh....

Young man was very nice who had to come out twice to fix our air conditioner because his leak detector wasn't working right the first time. He was very professional and friendly. Decent prices for a job well done!!

We have used this company a few times. The technicians are FANTASTIC. However the customer service and office ladies are AWFUL. So much so that I have NEVER written a bad review on a company, I always keep it to myself. I want to warn others to please STAY AWAY from this company. We have had many issues with their office ladies. We had an appointment scheduled for 6 days for them to come out. They were busy, we get that. They said they would be out during the day (6 days later). When we scheduled we were told it would be before 6:00 PM. We never got a call that day so we assumed that they got behind and we would hear the next day. That night at 9:00 PM as we are getting ready for bed we get a call from a strange number, our cell phones were on silent at the time so we did not hear it. We call the strange number back 3 minutes after they called and then 10 minutes after they call. No one answered our call so we figured it was a robot call. The next morning my husband calls Vickery office staff to confirm they are still coming. They inform us that the 9:00 PM call the night before was them and since we did not answer they took us off of their list and we would need to reschedule and the soonest they can get us in would be another 6-8 days away. No voicemail was left, they never called to tell us it would be late at night that they would come. The office lady was very rude and informed us they did not need our business as they are very busy. I called RESCUE HEAT & AIR and explain the situation and they are OVERLY NICE and say they will do everything they can to get out and help us. PLEASE PLEASE do NOT use Vickery. Unless you are prepared to answer your phone 24/7 (including LATE LATE at night). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND calling Resue heat and Air instead! As long time Vickery customers (our parents and family also used Vickery) we have always had to deal with the "rude" office staff but the technicians were good so we put up with it. This pushed us over and we are ALL now RESCUE HEAT & AIR customers!!

Lost my business before it even started. Called to get a price on replacing a pump, stated they would call me back in 30-45 minutes end of day no call. I called back as a follow up and was told they would check into it and get back to me and again no call back. If a company cannot even return a simple call why would I trust them with my business. Customer service and quality of work is everything.......

AC went out, Called Air Comfort Solutions and they tried to sell us all new units. Didn't fall for there tricks and called Vickery. 89 dollars later we were repaired. Highly recommend this honest hard working company. Taylor was great.

We had to have our 25 year old Lennox system replaced. Had several quotes and Vickery was able to get us into a high efficiency system for less money than the others. Josh was quick to get our quote us and Dawn got us scheduled fairly quickly. The installers did a great job and were very courteous. They were in and out in less than 6 hours. We've had the system now for about a month and it's great. Thanks Vickrey Heat and Air.

I would like to wholeheartedly give my appreciation to Vickery heat and air. I called this morning because our furnace wasn’t kicking on. They sent out the nicest man “the same day” that acted like he was working on his own house rather than a customers. He not only saved me a ton of money but he gave me excellent options to pursue in the future. If you have HVAC problems and need a good honest service company Vickery is The people to call in my book. And if you are lucky enough to have Dennis come out, you will not be disappointed.
