Steven came to my home to check our air conditioning unit that wasn't working properly... He put stuff to check for a leak and replaced frion (sp?) I believe.. Whatever he did made our air cold and us. Comfortable.. I trust him and appreciate his honest work...

Steven was very professional, came out same day that he promised, even though I called at 8am, he did not arrive until 7:30pm, and did not charge an after hours fee and the total price of our issue was less than $200. I would recommend him to anyone.

Steve is the definition of knowledgeable and professional. He knows heating and air systems like the back of his hand. He came out to look at my air conditioner before summer, and did an incredible job cleaning and getting it ready for the heat. I would have zero hesitation referring Steve to anyone.

My AC quit working in September. Steve answered my call. I told him what I thought was wrong with my AC. He came out the next morning and confirmed what I had known. He had my AC fixed in a day. Could not ask for better service. He is now my person.

Of course, our heater went out in a Sunday morning in below freezing weather! Our house was filled with grandchildren! I called Steve and he was here in less than 2 hours and had it up and running! Such a gentleman and man of his word! My husband is a disabled veteran who likes to visit. Steve was so very kind! I will use him for all my repairs and definitely refer anyone I know!! Steven and his crew recently installed an extra a/c unit in my home. Steven took the time to come over and was EXTREMELY thorough in the estimate. He spent a lot of time looking at the house, assessing the situation and offering a bid to fix my situation that was spot on. He was on time, courteous, professional and above all, VERY reasonable. Everything that he promised in my bid was right on time and as he said it would be done. Work was VERY clean and tidy.. I have a friend who does HVAC in another state, and even remotely from pictures of the work being done at my house, stated how clean the install was. I'd HIGHLY recommend Helt Heat & Air without blinking an eye. In these days of poor customer service coupled with high prices, Helt stands head and shoulder above the competition with his timeliness, professionalism and reasonable cost. My air went out this morning and they were able get here and fix the problem by the end of the day. Always good service at a reasonable rate.
