Horrible customer service, wanted $900 to replace the blower motor and clean the furnace fan. Called another company they came out, on time unlike Crawford’s, and replaced the motor and cleaned the system for $320.

These guys know what they are doing and are always johnny on the spot. Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to HVAC.. Super reasonable on price too!! Save yourself the hassle and call Crawfords!

Crawford heating and air is the best Our air conditioning system went out on a thursday hey came out to repair it on Friday We needed a complete replacement they had multiple jobs to do on Saturday but still squeeze this in and got the job done We had another issue come up with it cooling properly Came out again on Sunday to correct the issue these guys are the best

Cheyenne is the secretary here I called her on Friday and said the electrician is finished I need for the air conditioner guys to come back out at 1 PM after we waited 2 hours I called back again Cheyenne told me it will probably be Monday I was pretty upset then because we'd been without air conditioning service for almost 2 weeks on it weeks on Monday they told me it would be Tuesday be Tuesday on Tuesday Cheyenne said it would be Wednesday after repeatedly calling and asking and nagging and texting with no answer back light and then I called back again like I had never ever called I do not appreciate this from this so called company and I hope my choice point warranty program never uses them again or any other customer for that matter
