Bill Razor is the owner of All Around Heating & Air, when you call their business number you are contacting him directly. Bill was able to come out to inspect my AC unit the day after I contacted him, and showed me specifically what was wrong with my unit (we have a decades old unit at a particular home). He showed me the leak at the coil, then explained there were two other leaks at the fittings of the outside unit, and the risk(s) involved in "just replacing" the A coil in an older unit. However, he stated that he was just replace the coil first, and did not go into a sales pitch to sell me a 6k/10k/16k fully installed AC suite to replace my aging unit.

Bill's price was very reasonable, and he was able to come out the next day with the parts needed to complete the repair. Where once my unit would take 13-14 hours a day to keep a house in the mid-high 70's, we are back to the normal 74-75 and with about half that time and higher outside temps. Bill also noticed that my compressor was cutting out intermittently due to a common wire missing on my Nest thermostat, and got that corrected as well.
