The only thing ‘bad’ I have to say is that I thought I had signed up with their service plan last spring, and not the one time service for the spring and fall maintenance.
Though, both times, the service tech had been very helpful and had gone above and beyond. as a first time home owner I feel confident i found a reliable company for my HVAC needs.
Anyways, come spring time maintenance I do plan on making sure I’m on a service plan.

Kent came out this week to do the Fall maintenance service on our heater. He was friendly and even changed out my filters for me. He explained how important it is to replace these to keep our system running at its best. I also thought it was really nice that he put on shoe covers before he came inside to check vents because we just had our carpet cleaned too. I've been using this company for a few years (ever since they redid the insulation in our home, which I highly recommend for saving on energy bills) and they are really good to work with.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. We hired Polar Bear Jack's to install insulation in our attic. Dil did a great job of explaining what we needed and how it would be done. Willy and Noah came out of few days later and did exactly what was expected in professional and courteous manner. Would highly recommend them to anybody needing HVAC related services.

This is my go to company in the future! Adam came to my house and did a complete evaluation of what I needed done and spent considerable time drawing up the solutions to the problems my home ductwork had. Willy and Roberto worked in a cramped crawl space replacing my ductwork and were just as professional at the end as they were at the beginning. I have to mention Shai and Willy also dove in at the first of the project and made short work of pulling out the old damaged ductwork. I absolutely cannot think of a company that I would want to call when I need Any services that they provide.

The work went great. Adam, the owner, came out to the house to see what we wanted done three times before we even started, just to make sure we were all on the same page about what needed to be done, and to do a thorough evaluation of the house so that what we bought would be the right equipment for the house.

The crew that worked the job were fantastic, from the guys doing the insulation to the guys installing the A/Cs and furnaces! There were issues that came up during the installations, as there are in any fairly complex project, and they were handled very well by the guys. Whenever they encountered a problem (and they did several times), they came up with a solution and took care of it. Robert and the guys went above and beyond, in my opinion, but they treated it as though it was all a normal part of the job. They really wanted to get things right, and really wanted us to be satisfied before they left. And they did, and we are!

Polar Bear Jack's is up on all the latest technology and methods, and Adam is more than happy to explain it to your satisfaction. You're not getting the run-of-the-mill A/C installers with this company. You're getting the cream of the crop, but you're not having to pay exorbitant prices. These guys are a tremendous value. I highly, highly recommend them.

We had a new heating and air unit installed, and would highly recommend this company. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job. They were thorough in explaining the system, and in showing how everything worked after the system was installed. They have great prices for high quality systems as well, and offered yearly maintenance plans if you wanted one. We were very happy with this company!

We have Polar Bear Jacks on speed dial any time we are having troubles. They are fast, professional, and knowledgeable. We always ask for Robert because he is a good representative of his company and he is very knowledgeable about his work!

My heat went out and I didn't know who to call. So I googled it and decided to call polar bear jacks because of their reviews. The receptionist was nice and they sent someone out the same day. He quickly assessed the issue and sent me a text later that evening with an estimate. I let him know that I needed him to go ahead and fix it and he gave me a same day appointment. Both appointments he was prompt, quick and friendly. It was a fair price and I'll use them again.
