Mark's team fixed our broken A/C drainage pipe. They were responsive, fast, and professional.

I appreciated that Markim were able to receive photos by text, because that enabled them to understand the problem and prepare for the job before they arrived at my house.

The price was fair.

I had an extremely slow-draining kitchen sink. Aaron showed up right on time. He was able to get the pipe unclogged and we discussed what the next step would be if I have to call them back out. I have cast iron pipes that were installed in 1968, so I may have something more serious. Hopefully not and I'm really happy they are willing to try the simple things first. I do not feel overcharged and Aaron made minimal mess and then he cleaned it up.

I personally know the owner and he is one of the most genuine person you can work with. Amazing man of god and I get the chance to volunteer with the owner so I know his work is very clean

This company and team worked magic! After our A/C went out last night we were trying to figure out the issue ourselves because our unit was old but nothing was working. We feared it may have to be replaced but kept our thoughts positive. I contacted Markim at 7:30 this morning and received almost an immediate text saying someone could come out midday. Perfect, we’ll see you then!( I had left messages at two other places, just in case) I got a call about 10 am saying they were on their way. (His name was Bobby McGee, seriously the best guy)The tech ran his tests and showed us what was wrong and answered all of our questions.Unfortunately our A/C had breathed its last cold breathe. We asked for an estimate and the tech was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Didn’t push us one way or another and was completely honest. We felt the price we were quoted was fair and reasonable and decided it would be too much of a hassle to check around when the other companies I had called hadn’t even called back. The tech checked to see if the unit was in stock, it was, and then called Mark (The Man) They could come out today and start the replacement. WHAT?!? How awesome. Two hours later David and Max show up and get to work taking out the old A/C and furnace. Our buddy Bobby was back about 30 minutes after them with the new unit. They never promised it would be done tonight which is understandable because a pregnant lady not getting what she thought with no A/C is not good news 😁 BUT they did it. They did it in like 5 hours. 🤯 I know that is not likely to happen in the middle of summer on the hottest day of the year but this team nailed it! Not only did they work a miracle but all the gentlemen were THE nicest guys ever. This company will forever be our go to for heating/air/plumbing. Don’t hesitate to call them, I promise you won’t be disappointed. 😃

We found Mark a few months back when we had a plumbing issue - we weren't able to use his company at the time, but he gave us helpful advice over text and followed up to make sure we got the issue resolved. This past weekend, we had an emergency (a pipe in the yard burst) and again reached out to Mark. He texted with us over the weekend, again giving us helpful advice, and sent out one of his guys (David) Monday morning. David was great and fixed the problem - we are very pleased with his service and pleased and thankful for both him and Mark. I had an emergency. I called and the owner answered. They took care of the problem immediately. I had a slab leak. Three gentleman came out. The first one assessed the problem and gave me options, he gave me his recommendation which was the less expensive route - very impressive. The second gentleman jackhammered the slab and did the repair. The third gentleman poured the concrete. They were very honest and polite and courteous. The price was competitive. I am very very pleased!
