If you want a new system they're as good as anyone else. HOWEVER, if you need your current system repaired, call someone else!!! A1 Mechanical exists for one purpose only...to sell you a new system at top dollar (they'll say it's because they only use the best materials). They're not interested in fixing anything. You've been warned.

While I've decided to not use them at this time, Paul was very nice and thoroughly informational when providing educational tips about my existing units and ductwork. I believe I will use them in the future when I choose to replace my units. Also ask them about their 0% financing! I appreciate Paul's professionalism and the fact he wasn't trying to push the sale and provided me with more than enough education about my systems/future systems so that I can in turn make an informed decision! Hope to do business with you guys one day!

The A1 technicians are very professional and know their stuff. If one of them runs into an issue they can't resolve, another tech will come and help. Our last service from Jacob and Daniel was very good. I'll continue to use A1.

Jacob & Daniel serviced my AC system today and we quickly found that his switch accidentally got turned off, possibly during the holidays getting in and out of the attic. Once they flip the switch and verified proper operation, they blessed me with a no charge visit! I am very thankful for their services and will be recommending to them to anyone who needs a reference. Keep up the good work.

I’ve been doing business with A1 Mechanical for 3 years. If your in need of home A/C-Heating maintenance or installation I recommend to call them first. Fair, Honest and Reliable. The monthly service contract is the way to go for a hassle and worry free option.

They did a good job installing out furniture but cut the coil for our ac instead of strapping it up out of the way which voided our warranty with the company that installed our ac. Our ac is 4 years old and worked great before they came in and took the Freon out of it and didn’t do a good job at that, when they cut the coil it released a lot of Freon into my house where my kids where at. I had 2 other companies tell me they didn’t put Freon back in it which fried my ac compressor and now they don’t want to fix it unless I give them 2300 on top of the 6700 I just gave them for the furnace. After this I’ll never do business with them again and will be telling everyone I know. There way overpriced, shop around first, go to air comfort solutions they where 2000$ cheaper. Even to fix the compressor they broke they want $2300, air comfort $1600 BIG difference, I’ll be definitely telling all my customers at quik trip and getting the word out. Find anyone else! They don’t like to correct problems they made.

Well, I’ve been text messaged every day since my service to “rate my service” so here I am. 4 stars because everything with the maintenance went fine. He called 30 minutes out and then showed up about an hour later stating he was “pulled here and there”. Everything was pretty standard.

A1 installed our new HVAC system several years ago and really listened to what we needed. We have been on their maintenance plan ever since, which gives us peace of mind with spring and fall system checks and maintenance. We couldn't be more pleased. Recently, Daniel, not only performed a thorough cleaning and service, recommending needed maintenenance issues, but answered questions we had about other services like a pressure check for leaks and insulation replacement. We couldn't be happier with A1.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with in my entire life! At first they were all bells and whistles! They have no follow through. The technician is not good at all! He installed my system wrong! And now it’s I have to call my attorney. Good luck with this company you’re gonna need it!

Service was great price was great Daniel seasonal service after installation is great and timely I would suggest them to anyone.Thank you guys so much.
