Technician was kind and very competent in his work. Very honest company. Got the reference from a family member who also highly recommended them.

They service our heater and air conditioner annually. We are very pleased with their service. They always send the same guy. He's always pleasant and will answer any questions. We highly recommend them.

Friday 6/16/23:
Called Earnest Heat and Air at 5:30pm. Our air conditioning stopped working. They had it up and running by 6:40pm. They said the STARTER blew up. Thanks for your quick service!

Extremely knowledgeable and fast service. They are the only outfit in town I trust with my geothermal units. They installed a new unit for me quickly and flushed my system. It’s never worked this good before. Excellent service and communication throughout. Highly recommend.

Kevin and his crew (Billy is top notch) continue to be the best in the business. By far the best experience I've had with any service technician/installers in any field. These guys are knowledgeable and will get the job done right, to your expectations. I was most impressed by Billy calling a day after an install just to ensure that I was happy with the work. Kevin continues to stay engaged well after the fact to ensure we are satisfied. I can't say enough about how good these guys are.

They were wonderful. I had to have my furnace replaced and Kevin came out and made sure it would fit and they would have what they would need to get it installed. Then they came on a Sunday and installed it. They were very polite, professional, and did a great job. They had no problem working around my pets, and they made sure everything worked correctly before they left. Definitely reccomend!

We appreciated the service we were provided by the team. Tim was very helpful with information on new HVAC units and what would be appropriate for our needs. He also was knowledgeable of all rebates and incentives. The installers were polite, professional and efficient. Very pleased!

Horrible customer service lady in front office... had my shop serviced and didn't fix the problem I called back to tell them come back and fix it they said I have to pay for it first. I said I'd pay the service call but not the repair until it was actually repaired and she stated they will just send it to collections lol awesome.

Have had ongoing issues with older floor furnace and tech has had to come out multiple times. The tech that has came out, billy is a model of old school professionalism and politness . I wish more service techs were made in his image!! He knows what he is doing, explains things very well. He is very friendly and personable and it’s more like having a guest in our home than a service tech. I would recommend his service to anyone and kudos to his company for hiring such a good guy. Billy is a great tech and class act!!
