    Service was performed by Pat, quickly diagnosed problem and repaired. Serviced unit same day
    as called.
    He took time to answer any questions and explain any issues with system.
    Service / diagnostic cost was less than many other companies.
    Would highly recommend Pat for any service repair, will definitely use again.

    Over charged. I use to think they were a good company. I needed 2 lbs of R22 and I was charged $300 for the first pound and $244 for the second. I researched other HVAC companies and it was $80 - $150. This was the second visit, which I had already paid for the tune up, and R 22 was ok at that point. I gave them the opportunity to correct and discuss. After listening on hold to how great customer service was and be ready to be impressed, and how difficult it is to get R22, not true a quick Google search and you can find at $41 per lb, they did nothing. Highly disappointed.

    I would give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could. I am so happy I chose Bryan and Suns for my new furnance and air conditioner. The installers Joe and Justin left my basement better than when they arrived. They explained everything very clearly and made sure I was very satisfied before they left. They were the definition of respectful of me and my house and they would be easily recommended to anyone. The furnace itselt works like a charm and I'm sure the AC unit will do the same when the time comes. Thank you again :D

    I have had Bryan and Suns replace both my furnace/AC (2019) and HWT (2021), plus regular maintenance for almost 5 years. Service has always been quick and efficient, and all my questions are answered no matter which of their technicians is doing the work. Pricing is more than fair for the impeccable quality of work.     This is our first experience dealing with Bryan&Suns. They installed a new hot water tank and a new furnace in our home and they did a fantastic job. They were very professional and worked in a fast and timely manner because we didn’t have hot water or heat in our house. The company owner cares so much that he personally came to the house to meet with us to make sure are needs were being met. I recommend this company to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.     I would highly recommend Bryan and Suns to anyone looking for service or installation of a new furnace or air conditioning. Today we had our air conditioning replaced and I could not have worked with a better group of people. Starting with Christine who answered my calls when I had question to Sandy when it was time to schedule to our techs who handled the installation. Everyone was courteous, professional, prompt, knowledgeable and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Our installers were prompt on arrival, explained what the process would be for the installation, were very respectful and were very diligent about clean up as the went along. They took the time to demonstrate the new thermostat with my wife as well. Based on this experience along with our past experience with service needs we will only work with Bryan and Suns going forward.

    I scheduled them for a 95.00 cleaning/ tune up and diagnostic for them to blow out clog that was causing leaking water. They charged the 95 plus 99 for a diagnostic even though I told them what the problem probably was. plus 23 to blow out the clog. I shouldn't have been charged a 99 dollar diagnostic fee when they were already coming out to clean my furnace and looked no further than the pipe that was clogged. I asked for the 99 dollar diagnostic fee to be taken off my card and they would not. Christine told me they needed to pay the technician and gas for their vehicle. I exai Ed they came out once, not twice. This is called taking advantage of a woman! Mind you I gave them my business for the purchase of a new furnace 2 years ago. They will not see any business from me when my air conditioner needs replaced or for anything else I closing referrals!!
