I highly recommend A-American! My air conditioner went out during a very hot summer day. I was surprised how soon they arrived after I called them. They identified the problem and made the repair super quickly! They took the time to explain information about the repair, options, information about my system, and how to improve the functioning of my system. They were honest and extremely reasonable with their charges!

Excellent service! Quick response, well mannered, very professional and took his shoes off outside the front door and did not have to ask! He quickly found the issue and had the parts with him for a quick install. He is the “GO TO” guy for all future HVAC needs.

Thursday afternoon my AC stopped working, so with a forecast of a hot weekend ahead I made several calls in hopes of getting it fixed in a hurry. All but one were several days behind and unable to look at my AC until next week. The technician that checked my AC late that afternoon had no luck bringing it back to life and he made his recommendations and would call back later with parts and repairs totaling $2,750.
I was shocked and told him I would need a couple more opinions. Friday at 0700 I made four more calls and left messages. Jonathan with American Heating & Air called back and made arrangements to check the unit later that day. When Jonathan and his partner Amy showed up this evening I was in damage control mode, resigned to the reality I was in line to pay major dollars but hoping to get best value. HtG, 20 minutes later old broke down Bessie was humming along and good to go. Everything they did was right, and while I know my unit has some years on it, and that it may break down again, it didn’t cost $2,750 this time. American Heating & Air.👍

This review should have been sent about a month or two ago, my apologies for the lateness. Mr. James came to our house on a cold Sunday afternoon and fixed our heater. He was kindly, receptive to questions and glad to talk heaters with me. Couldn't have asked for more. His price was fair and we haven't had a problem since. Thanks so much. A-American Heating will be our heating and cooling company in the future.

Called on a Saturday afternoon and had a guy here to fix my ac Sunday morning by 9. Guy was nice came in assessed it left for ten minutes came back and it was fixed in ten minutes. Reasonably priced and easy to deal with.
