Received a fair and honest quote to replace the steam humidifier. They were on time, professional and they followed up to make sure that I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My furnace went out at 6:00 on the Wednesday evening before Christmas. My brother told me to call JDR as they offer 24 hour service. By 7:30 Jordan was there to do the repair. I was so appreciative! Jordan was so knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail the two parts that needed to be replaced and itemized the cost (which was very reasonable.) He also told me to plan on replacing my furnace next year as it had "lived its life". (He's right - the unit is 45 years old!) I will definitely use JDR again and will highly recommend them to all my family and friends. I feel that Jordan is honest, trustworthy and cares about doing a good job. Thanks Jordan for a job well done!!!

A live person answered the phone on Christmas Eve! They added me to their emergency calls list and promised to come by no matter how long it took if I was willing. My house was down to 39 degrees, so yes, I was willing to stay up as long as it took. It was 1am when they called to say they were on the way. I needed an induction assembly for my aged unit and opted for a whole new furnace box. They made a few adjustments just to get it working short term. Two days later I have a warm quiet furnace and a new thermostat. Quick, quiet, efficient and courtious crew.

They fixed our air conditioning and have it working Amazing! And some of the best guys you’ll meet! Honest, caring, and professional!!

They did good job putting vapor barrier roll in crawlspace and fixed some ducts. There were some restrictions in crawlspace where they can't go through in order to put in the VB. I noticed one room lost the humidity and it reduced the smell. There are other projects to do but i need to pay off this one. Thank you very much.. Im hearing impaired client and they treated us with respect. Thank you very much! Will def hire again!
