We uncovered that the flex gas line to our furnace needed replaced as it blew a pin size hole in the line yesterday. When we went into the basement to a smell of gas in the morning we had a furnace company come out and look (as we initially thought it was the furnace). The located a hole and told us we needed to contact a plumber.

Called a few places that would not be able to come out until today. Luckily called EcO Plumbers. The whole experience was fantastic. They sent out Brandyn. He provided straight forward pricing and had given a few options on how it could be fixed and advised the most economical way. Really appreciated the time he took to show me what I could do if I had this issue again v. opening all windows in the house. He also noticed another issue that could cause a flood in the basement and provided education and a quote to fix as well.

Isaiah came to perform a water heater flush service. Did a great job in explaining & performing the service. Service was about 30min-40min & the fee was reasonable.

Isaiah went to drain the water to the floor drain near the water heater & furnace. When he removed the drain cover & looked in. He found it had backed up w/ sewage. It has not backed up out of the drain onto the floor but he felt it better to drain the water heater to the sump instead. The drain issue is not part of the service his team performs but he was able to get a drain service scheduled for me for the same day. Awesome!

Chris and Thomas completed the installation of a tankless water heater to replace an older tank water heater. They showed up on time and then promptly and professionally reviewed the scope of work and various details. They used shoe coverings and drop-cloths throughout the process which completely eliminated any construction dirt from our flooring.

During installation they both provided periodic detailed updates and took the time to answer the many questions I had for them. They took a brief lunch break while the electrician completed installation of a required outlet for the system. Thomas noted a scratch on the front panel which will be replaced - impressive!

After job completion they both described installation details and walked my wife and me through the final bill. Cleanup was detailed and complete.

I would not recommend working with The Eco Plumbers. They are very very expensive. They were not able to fix the problem and charged us $400 just to reinstall the toilet so that it could function for the time being. It felt like a total rip off. Would not recommend working with them.

Got my garbage disposal replaced by Isaiah. He was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Every time I have had to call the eco plumbers out to my home they do a great job. I’m happy with the service and relieved that my garbage disposal no longer leaks gross brown liquid under my cabinets. It’s a true Disney-style happily ever after.

Really great experience. Chad was very professional, very hardworking, and pleasant. Did a great job cleaning up after the work. Provided options for solving my problems. I like that Eco Plumbers don’t just solve your immediate problem but help you avoid another trip. As a homeowner of a 70 year old home, it is nice to have that insight. Will use their services again. Also Chad was very aware of social distancing...mask, gloves, shoe covers. I also appreciate the emails and calls announcing the appointment.

Brandyn came out to install a saniflo system with toilet and sink in our basement to complete our basement renovation, and he was absolutely amazing. Super friendly and went above and beyond what was required for this job. This company is lucky to have him as an employee. The bathroom came out better than I could have imagined. I would highly recommend going with the Eco Plumbers for your plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Eco. From the call service rep who was courteous and very compassionate to the tech (Robert) who was just a pleasure to work with. Robert was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through all of my options and made sure I knew the pros and cons of each. He was transparent from the beginning about my costs for each option and gave me a very well thought out recommendation.

Shawn came this afternoon and were very professional. He followed CDC guidelines for coming into a private residence. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even had the necessary part because he was able to plan ahead prior to the call and pick up the likely part for our proposed problem. VERY impressed by the motivation of the technician to be so forward thinking. He even provided us with a coupon to help save off the final bill. Excellent customer service and based on our experience will HIGHLY recommend them to others.
