W.F. Hann and Sons

There is a reason W.F. Hann & Sons have been in business for over 100 years. They know how to wow their clients. My furnace went out last night right before the coldest day of the year and Domenic took my call and assured me everything was going to be okay. Tracy and Saul were incredible and had Nick come out to give me an assessment. Jim, our salesman, was fantastic and had a contract written up within an hour and scheduled for installation. Dan was phenomenal in his service as well as being their early! He worked all day with the support of Ian and Mike. This could have been a nightmare for us. W.F. Hann provides excellent service and is VERY Professional. Their installer Tim Powell was courteous and timely. We were not supposed to get installation until 10/20/18, but they moved it up and did the install on 10/17/18. The new Carrier furnace is just Wonderful. If you are in need of a new furnace, please do give W. F. Hann a call. You will not be sorry!!

The installation was to take 2 days, but the installers had the furnace and heat pump running the first day. Good thing since it was 93 degrees outside. They also did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves. Instruction on the Infinity controller was quick and easy, and now I can access the controls anytime through my phone. It also alerts me on issues that might come up. So far it's been pretty awesome. I'll be interested in seeing the electrical costs in the winter with this high efficiency heat pump.

We had a very positive service experience, specifically with "Red". He was friendly and respectful, while patiently addressing all of our questions. He went above and beyond with sharing his insights on our home's piping layout, and patiently explained our options to resolve our plumbing issues. Highly recommend and will call again in the (hopefully not too near) future.

I appreciated the time that was taken to explain the choices we had for a new air conditioning unit. Rick was knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Dan, the installer, was meticulous in his work. He then provided a complete explanation of the new unit and thermostat. Thank you for a high quality job that was so well done!

They sent a technician to my house to give me a plumbing inspection and an estimate on some bathroom work. He was friendly & courteous, he worked quickly, but stayed and answered all of my questions and helped me understand the situation I was in and my available options. I thought the quote he gave was a little high, which is out of his control, but I will seriously consider using WF Hann for my plumbing needs in the future.

Our water heater started acting up. We called W.F. Hann as we are contract holders with them . They dispatched a plumber. He looked over the situation and we decided to get a new water heater. An estimate and an installation date was made for the next day. The installation went well with no setbacks. The plumbers were very courteous, professional and answered all our questions. We now have hot water, thank you very much W.F. Hann. They also check our furnace and air conditioning annually per the contract agreement. We have always been pleased with their service.

We call Hann in an emergency to fix and replace our sump pump. They set an apt. for after hours the next day. As it turned out there was a short apt. before us and they were able to come during normal working hours and so we did not have to pay extra fees. The tech did the job in under an hour and was neat, efficient, and polite. Glad we called Hann!

W.F. Hann and Sons always delivers excellent service. I have been using them for over 10 years. My technician Frank did a great job answering all my questions, increasing my knowledge of how the furnace works and doing excellent service work. Wouldn't use anyone else.

I have been a customer for years with this company and I have noticed some changes I didn't like. TheTechnician was ok but when I had my furnace inspected they wanted $70 for a water panel to be replaced. The same water panel I can find on Amazon for $20. Also when I had my AC inspected my black insolation got chewed up a bit by some critters and they charged me $270 for 3 feet of insolation. They also would clean the outdoor unit with a cleaning liquid and it would look good as new for years but now that is a cleaning charge now of over $200 I believe. I was beside myself. I was a long time customer but they have unfortunately turned into a company that I feel was overcharging me for things previously were included with the inspection. I am with a different company now and they are much more reasonable and professional.
