W.F. Hann and Sons

It’s worth looking into another quote if you are considering this company. We had an emergency service done. The tech came out and checked our unit. He did not formally give us a quote but he did mention in the price range of 2,000+. He even told us it may be worth just buying a new unit at this point, but he wasn’t sure of the full damage. (After looking at it for roughly 30 minutes). We decided to have another quote by a different company. That quote came in at $900. He was able to tell us in minutes what was wrong via text images. We decided to go with them and they ended up fixing a BENT tube to the total of $500. Wf Hann did call us back after our emergency apt. But they still had no quote to provide us, and then acted like we wasted their time when we said we went with someone else. Maybe mad we didn’t fall for their “2k, or a new unit” line. It was a poor experience and one where I’d just caution anyone to receive multiple quotes.

I maintain an annual maintenance contract for Heating, Air and Plumbing with WF Hann on both my primary resident and Investment Property. The company is very responsive, the technicians are professional and experienced. Work quality is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Would definitely recommend W.F. Hann & Sons. They installed our new furnace, AC and hot water tank in a day. The installers were very professional, courteous and efficient. A company recommended them and I'm happy I called W. F. Hann & sons!!!. We just moved into new home and Had problems with my funky geothermal unit. I called them and immediately the specialist said "yep, I know what's going on". An hour later it's working, all winter we had zero problems:) They also replaced old main water line at another home we own and updated old pipes. They waste no time! Service work was so great I started a service contract with them. Definitely worth it. Thank you

I had very positive experience with the representatives from W.F. Hann and Sons. They were warm and friendly during the initial assessment and during the completion of the installments. They notified me prior to their arrival and where punctual. The sales rep was very knowledgeable about various HVAC products, and I felt that I had a good understanding of the choices I had made. The installers where professional and I was comfortable with them being here. They were helpful with helping me set up my remote system, and offered valuable insight on how to edit settings from home and while away. I highly recommend them to anyone who has HVAC repair or replacement needs.

We having been using this company since we bought our new house a year ago. We are very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff and schedulers that make up the company. We have had both HVAC and plumbing work done to our older home and know that it was done to code, correctly and no short cuts were taken. The staff we have encountered (about 6 of them now) have all been professional, dependable, knowledgable and answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to reccomned this business to anyone needing HVAC or plumbing work done. Also if you request the 8-10 am slot for a worker, he usually shows up at 7:45. That's nice!

WFHann answered my call after hours when our 24 year old furnace breathed its last breath. They were out the next day to assess our furnace, which we agreed was better off replaced than repaired due to the age of the furnace and the extent of the failures.

They sent out a sales rep who provided four options and I followed his recommendations. We agreed on the job and after being told it would not be installed until Monday, I shortly thereafter got a call back that it would be the next day. That was today. They were at my house a few minutes early and quickly and quietly finished the installation and removal of the old equipment. The only way I knew they were there was the tag on my furnace with WF Hann, and it now says Carrier instead of Rheem. The house quickly warmed up and I was very happy with everything, especially how neatly and expeditiously they completed the work at a fair price. Thank you.

We recently had two furnaces and two air conditioners installed by WF Hann. The installation crew were very considerate and efficient. The house was clean, they were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking.

I always get Frank to do our semi-annual WF Hann heating/cooling inspections and he is terrific. Efficient and honest. If he says something needs to be replaced, I know that it is on its 'last legs' (learned from not heeding his warnings in the past). Had a problem with a cooling unit the night before his scheduled visit and, luckily, he was on call and efficiently took care of the problem (saved us some time the next day). Good to have a service contract with them as it increases your priority on these emergency calls and gets you a discount on parts. Been a happy customer for many years.

We have a PTAC unit in an addition that the ignitor burned out and needed replacing. While the tech was here I scheduled maintenance on our main furnace which was 39 years old. Turned out the digital CO detector which was reading 39ppm of CO was correct. The furnace was giving us headaches and was trying to kill us. We knew we needed a new system, and had been looking and asking around. Well that day we were able to schedule a salesman and ordered it. The next day the W. F. Hann team arrived early and started the install of a new Carrier 96% efficient furnace and AC unit. Awesome team. Fun, friendly and very knowledgable. I sensed much experience among them all. As a whole it was a very good experience. W. F. Hann's entire company is friendly, caring, and very helpful in such a major decision.
