Gary responded to my inquiry online that I submitted the night before quickly. He diagnosed the malfunction and repaired the heat pump, and set me up with the maintenance needed to maintain the system. Would highly recommend!

My AC was 35 years old and finally broke down during the muggiest week of the year. I called Service experts and they came out the next day to repair my unit. They replaced a blown fuse and it started working for an hour and died again. They came back out same day and repaired it again. I spent about $650 in repairs which wasn’t bad at all for all the work that needed to be done. Unfortunately it died again the next day. I talked with my. Salesman James and we decided it was time for a new unit. James and his company were so nice and friendly. They told me the would refund my $650 dollars if I replace the unit with them. They were true to their word and the money was put back into my account right away! I highly recommend Service Experts if you need any repairs or a brand new unit. They are very responsive, on time, easy to work with, and have great services and top of the line products!

My A/C was making a very loud noise that was very annoying an possibility might cause damage to the unit. The service tech that came his name is IAN.
He explained everything..he was very meticulous with his work an very polite an professional. My unit is running quietly an I’m very happy!
