I oil furnace wasn't firing up and staying on and of course it's freaking cold out so I had to contact someone to come fix it. I called three other places and they are absolutely outrageous in pricing just to come look at it. The last place I called was Fusion Heating and Air Conditioning and MAN, was I glad I did!!! The service call was inexpensive and the owner himself came out to my house the next day in the morning, took roughly 20 minutes and had my furnace firing like nothing was ever wrong with it. All in all, $129 out the door and I'm one HAPPY GIRL!!! Thank you so much for your assistance, friendliness, not pressuring me to by a new furnace (nothing was ever mentioned) prompt response, doable pricing and not making me feel like an idiot. :)

Ok. This guy just left my house so I had to immediately leave a review. Fabulous service. Simple fix. Literally less than 10 minutes in my house. Cost? Absolutely minimal. By all means. If you need furnace work, call this guy. Will be 1st person I call next and EVERY time. Definitely a company that has customer service as top priority. Thank you.

Greg saved the day. My regular highly advertised boiler repair company had a 6 day backlog just to look at it. Greg was out the same day and arrived within 2 hours. The motor was frozen and just needed some cleaning and lubrication. There was no high pressure salesmanship to replace the motor. I was the one who inquired about replacement because I was concerned with the integrity of the motor and with my luck it would break during a prolonged cold snap. Greg was able to find the motor and be out the next day after receiving it. The total job will be completed before the appointment I had with the other company. The service call price is so very reasonable that the money I save over time will pay for the new motor.

They came out last week very quickly when my furnace quit working and fixed it for a very reasonable price. They then came back out a few days later when we were hit with a snow storm and cleared out my clogged vent and didn’t even charge me. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Greg Fuson is amazing. At our house within 20 minutes—totally knew what he was talking about—and had our furnace back up and running within 30 minutes! And during these crazy times he wore a mask. We couldn't be more pleased and we couldn't be happier about recommending him to anyone.

Fuson Heating & Air Conditioning came out and repaired my furnace from initial call to completion within 2 hours.. Before the temp could even drop ten degrees in the house! Their price was 50% of competitors.. no emergency fee, etc. this sounds like an advertisement but I’m truly very impressed with this company. Happy new year.

Absolutely amazing. I called another place they sent out a saleman instead of a technician would have to make another appointment for repairs. I called Fuson at 4:30 we were all finished around 5:45. Had the parts on hand. Quick. Knowledgeable. And FAIR. 10/10 WILL RECOMMEND. Thank you so much I was sleeping on the couch all week to keep cool!!

Called on the day of the deepest snow of the year. House was 58 degrees. Arrived within 30 minutes and replaced igniter. Back in business. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
