I was pleased to accept a renewal of my maintenance agreement and look forward to using Choice Comfort for the foreseeable future.

Matt, the tech, is very knowledgeable, friendly and reliable. He has kept track of our HVAC system for several years and we trust him. He does what's needed -- and consistently goes beyond expectations with service and advice. It's why we do business with this company. Moreover, the company is very responsive whenever we have a problem. Nice people, good business.

We had Josh M. out on Thursday 12/23 and he was very professional. He had a bit of trouble due to the new thermostat not working properly. He called out a second guy, Shaun, and they both had it going in no time. I really appreciate the lengths he went through to get the job done even on Christmas Eve Eve! Travis and Tommy were great to have do my furnace and AC installation…..prompt, kind, and responsive. Definitely recommend Choice Comfort and specifically Travis and Tommy.

My experience with Choice Comfort Services comes from the community impact side! They genuinely care about helping the community they live and work in. They truly have been invested in our mission to bring change to youth and families in the Miami Valley. Choice Comfort has been a partner to our non profit for nearly 10 years. We appreciate their partnership for fundraisers, Christmas gifts, scholarships, referrals to others and general awareness. I have worked with Paul, Megan and Erin directly and they all have authentic hearts for the community. The only reason I don't use Choice Comfort Services for my HVAC needs is that I live outside their service area. I can only imagine that their professionalism and care carry throughout the company with overall customer service. We are proud to say that Choice Comfort Services has supported CHOICES, Inc. in so many ways!
