The technicians came out on a scheduled Saturday to install the new central AC unit. They were on time, got everything completed in a timely manner and were professional and prepared. Thank you so much for your services.

We heard unusual noises coming from our furnace although it was heating normally. Choice Comfort Services was very responsive and dispatched a technician to our home within 2 hours. The service was professional and affordable and we were provided with the status of our system components following the service call. Highly recommend.

Honestly, these guys are always friendly and professional. I do not feel like they have ever tried to get more money out of me and they always say what it is and give options. Furnace was not working during a winter storm and Choice Comfort was able to get a tech out to get the heat back on. The operators on the 24/7 emergency line were helpful. Since it was evening and service tech were backed up, was told someone would call after 8 in the morning. The call came at 7:45 and the tech was here a little after 8...IN A SNOW STORM.

Ryan found the problem and fixed it very quickly.

He was very friendly and took the time to explain what happened and options and time frame for the replacement of my 25 year old system.

I was so impressed with the service, for the first time, I signed up for a maintenance agreement to try to squeak a little more time out of the old system.

They came out the very next day after I called him. I was shocked at the price - it was three dollars shy of $600. Supposedly the price for the capacitor was over $400, yet when I looked on any retail price list for the very same capacitor that was installed the price is anywhere from $20-$30. I asked a repairman that I know that is now retired how much the capacitor would cost for a train heat pump and he said about $20. I feel like I got robbed on the cost of the part. To make matters worse, I have yet to receive a promised receipt by email. On the positive side the repair man is very nice and very efficient

Travis and Tj were amazing on time and got our heat going quickly as well as very personable and knowledgeable I want them anytime we need anything and recommend the same to potential customers Choice Comfort is my new go to!!
