TJ, Travis, Finley and Tommy worked for hours in my attic replacing my ductwork, installing a drain and drain pan and so much more. There was a bit of a misunderstanding when it came to what was getting done when that impacted the price but they were able to strike me a really good deal and I 100% plan to use them again!!

we had an issue with our AC and they came out the same day. the pricing was up front, the service was honest and thorough. Bob was absolutely great, he was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. they've won my business.

Highly Recommend!!! Comfort Choice has been great to work with for installing our HVAC system! On the front end, Mike and Berry were fabulous to work with getting us what we wanted and keeping us informed on our order. Rachel was pleasant and patient with me on the phone every time I called. Finley, TJ, and Travis did an amazing job with the install. The attention to detail they provided on the install and answering all my questions have given me the peace of mind my family will be safe and warm this winter as well as nice and cool next summer!

For the past year, we have been enjoying the crew at Choice Comfort as they take care of our primary residence as well as our three rental homes. I've seen Mike most often, and Travis recently spent a day doing great work and being so nice to talk to and work with. We are also using their maintenance plan on all four properties. Great company.

Great experience with Choice Comfort in repairing the A/C system. Josh was on-time, friendly, professional and could not have been better throughout the experience. Problem was identified within 15-20 minutes, but he stuck around to check anything that could have contributed to the problem and double-checking A/C function was working before he left. I can't say enough good things about Josh's work from Choice Comfort and intend to call them first with any future HVAC issues.

Travis and Tommy installed my new AC unit today, which I’m very pleased with. The were fast, friendly, efficient, extremely professional and showed great teamwork. They took the time to explain things and asked several times if I had any additional questions for them. They made sure the new unit was running appropriately and the temperature began to drop in my house before leaving and no mess left behind. Thank you Choice Comfort for getting our house back in cool working order in a timely manner.

This is an excellent company that I would happily use again. Their technicians were extremely friendly and professional. The quote for additional duct installation was reasonable and the job was professionally completed. They were great about observing recommended COVID protocols and my doggo loved the attention they gave him while we discussed the installation! Time to complete the installation was as expected.

Anthony and Tommy from choice comfort were so professional, clean, kind and courteous. They worked hard all day to get my new systems in as quick as possible. Top notch team and did awesome on clean up. Besides my new sparkly Central air unit and furnace you would have never known they had been here. They even put up with my rambunctious golden retriever puppy! Being sure things were safe for him and my kiddos and explaining each step of the process in depth!
