Comfort Choice has great and timely service and great customer service. 10/10 recommend!! I think they’re prices a reasonable too especially for the quality of service. We did a 1 year contract for the routine maintenance and every interaction with the company has been pleasant.

Technician (Paul LaGasse) was on time and completed thorough inspection of both internal and external HVAC systems. In addition did a cursory inspection of plumbing connections and noted any potential issues. I would highly recommend their services 💯.

Quoted $20000 for new system. Did not replace filter. $300 for the service call and they basically made the situation worse.
EDIT: called a new company out today and they fixed the original problem for$35 dollars that was Estimated to cost 1200 from comfort choice. The other company estimates a new system to cost between 5-6.5k.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH COMFORT CHOICE.

TJ and Travis were very professional and courteous, always wearing shoe coverings before coming in the house and even bringing treats for the dogs. They kept me informed of their progress, explained the new system and completed installation in the scheduled time. Great job!
