The crew arrived when promised, efficiently installed the new Heating and AC system, and removed old unit and trash leaving all areas the way they were. The entire crew was responsive and professional, answering our questions and instructing us on new system operation. Great job!

Even though the problem should have been avoided had Kettering Heating and Air made the proper adjustments when the furnace was installed in 2018. It never ran properly . The guys were not very knowledgeable.
But now……..
Andrew was thorough even after he installed the inducer motor, he made sure everything was working properly. He gave me suggestions on how to keep it running well, ie.. how often to replace filters, and maintenance programs. It finally runs like a normal furnace.
Choice Comfort honored the warranty on this very expensive part.

Had two furnaces to completely replace. They were able to get parts and ready to install within a couple of days. On time and called ahead! Very professional and got the job done as cleanly as possible. Furnaces were not in the best spots, but they were done in a timely manor.

First they were on time which was great. We we having new furnaces installed in our church. They answered all of our questions and were professional in how they handled everything. The overall value was great. I would recommend Choice Comfort to everyone.

In my 12 years of home ownership experience, I have never been more impressed with a service company.

We needed a new heat pump and fan coil installed. This is no small task.

They helped review options for install, were completely transparent, and responded to email questions very quickly.

During installation, they took amazing care of the work area (drop cloths, shoe covers) and quickly removed the old equipment and brought in the new. They answered questions and gave updates throughout the process.

After installation, they gave us a tour of the new kit and even provided an equipment inventory list with a pre-registered warranty information. I didn’t have to register on our own. Icing on the cake.

We highly recommend Choice Comfort for new installs. Great bunch of folks. We’re sad that they’re gone!

Had a repair job which included some funky noises coming from our system.

Paul was able to patiently and expertly diagnose the issue and replace parts quickly.

This company is great. I can’t re-recommend them enough.

Great technician and company. Used them for several years now. Technician very knowledgeable and was able to suggest possible solutions to my issues. Signed up for their maintenance plan.

Technicians were attentive to detail and clean and neat. Supervisor was courteous, showed attention to detail, and followed up on the technicians work to see that was done properly an invoiced correctly
