Everything was fine on our furnace, we called for them to come out and just do overall maintenance, the guy came out, said the furnace just needs replaced ($5,000-11,000) it’s too old, but said he’s confident it would get us through the winter. He dusted it out, and put new filter in - $122; within 24 our heat completely quit working. They said they wouldn’t be able to get back out for several days maybe a week, no promises. I talked them into coming the next morning, another guy came, said that the motor blew and needed replaced - $370, we were at work when he was fixing it, came home in the evening to a 47° house, after $500 and nothing was wrong before they came. They continued insisting on getting more money rather than offering the service to fix whatever was wrong. Turns out, nothing was wrong before, everything was fine, thanks to Another Great company who fixed what they broke for only $100 and they weren’t even from the area, and came same day. We have heat again and the same furnace which is actually in great shape, though aged. Aside from the lack of operation, the customer service was very low and unprofessional.

Ed from Dave’s services was awesome! Came out right away, fixed the problem with my AC very quickly, and explained everything to me very well (someone who know’s nothing about HVAC). Very knowledgeable also in Google Smart Thermostats. Highly recommend Ed from Dave’s Services!

They always provide great service. They were able to schedule me in at the last minute to check my furnace. The techs are always kind and take time to explain what is going on. I am very grateful that he was able to fix my furnace during this extremely cold weather. Thanks!

They did great . I had another company come first and they told me I needed a whole new unit..then I called Dave's for second estimate and they said it was just the thermostat. They.replaced it..and everything is fine..thank God I called them....Thank you so much

Our AC quit working and we called Dave’s. They came to our house and replaced our thermostat on the wall and charged us $300, they did no type of inspection of our AC unit or anything else. The next few days we kept experiencing the same issues with our AC. Called Dave’s again, only to be told we would be charged a second time for a problem that was never fixed in the first place. Would not recommend this company at all.

Dave's Service has always been friendly, prompt with appointments, never left a mess. When I had a new furnace put in, the house was left clean, and old equipment was removed right away. I highly recommend them.

J.J. Was the installer and did amazing work. Everything looks clean and was done professionally. The salesman Jim was very knowledgable and was able to help us with any questions we had.

Everyone was just amazing. Jimmy came out and saw what would work best in our home. He is top of the line in sales. JJ and his crew were here installing our new furnace within a few days. I just can’t say enough nice things about the whole staff..when I called in the lady who answered the phone was just as caring as Jimmy and JJ about getting us heat.

Dave's Services is fantastiC!! They replaced my furnaces, solved a problem with my humidifiers and in general solved a mess created by another vendor. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough!! Top Notch Service!!

Outstanding customer service, timely response and professionalism. They came to the rescue when my home warranty failed to follow through and went above and beyond just replacing my system. Worth every penny and my power bill decreased immensely.
