Quick, knowledgeable, honest and kept in touch. There was no pressure or trying to rush us into a quick decision. Good price, professional and really couldn't beat the timely service. We called 3 other company who didn't even call us back as our house was freezing.

If you listen to him he’ll teach you something, goes through the basics before he comes out so time and money isn’t wasted. If you have some knowledge he’ll talk you through a problem and he’s more than likely right. I’ve had 3 great experiences enough said!!!

Our furnace in wouldn't kick on when you adjust the temperature. We called Honest Abe's on a Sunday and Abe came out himself and told us what was wrong, fixed the problem and didn't even charge us to come out. We can't recommend this company enough!

Last winter the furnace went out and this year it was the water heater. Furnace required a part and cleaning after hours on a 10 degree night. We had heat within 3 hours and he didn't wake up the baby or the dog. Water heater was replaced and working great in a timely manner (called Friday evening - done Monday afternoon). Everything was cleaned up and was very affordable. They provide value and great service with integrity. 6 stars would be appropriate!

Abe replaced a faulty board in the furnace, performed a thorough inspection and has also re-charged the A/C unit last summer. You can expect prompt professional service at a fair price when dealing with Abe. He's the only call back I received on Memorial day when our AC wasn't working. Even though he couldn't make it out, he helped us troubleshoot over the phone, between jobs, on the freaking holiday! He's coming out tomorrow to fix our issue and I honestly don't care the cost. He earned our business from going above and beyond without hesitation.

They got my ac working in no time. I was surprised at the reasonable price and on a Saturday at that. He notified me when he was on his way and checked the unit found the problem and my ac was back and running on a very humid day I am very grateful. Definitely would recommend them.
