Amazing customer service! My husband called for service and they were booked. They put us on a list for first available. Then my husband called later in the day to see if there were any openings, plus the lady there gave some suggestions. I digress, when called again the owner answered and helped my husband with some quick tips. Then later on that night Mr. Ejhinger himself showed up and helped us out. It was amazing service and refreshing to know there are still super great people out there. Thank you so much!

Called Bob when I got home and found my house cold. He took the time to walk me through some troubleshooting steps. I was able to get the heat back on and allow for a service call the next day. What great customer service, and I learned something new! Thank you Bob.
