Action Heating went above and beyond for me.

When I called because my furnace was no longer working, I received a call-back from Mike very quickly and he was able to come out without much delay to run diagnostics. He was very willing to explain in detail what the issue was with my furnace and the price quoted for the furnace/installation was within the average prices listed on home-repair websites. The installers Scott and Robert arrived quickly, were pleasant and professional, and did a nice job on the installation.

When, a few hours later, I discovered an installation error, due primarily to a mistake on my part, Mike put in an extraordinary effort to find a solution to remedy the situation. He was patient in dealing with my neighbor, who was also affected by this mistake, and even leant me a space heater to help prevent the temperature in my condo from dropping into the 50s at night. I cannot stress enough how understanding Mike was and how much effort he and his workers put in to ensure a good outcome to a bad situation. I highly recommend working with Action Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical.

My "go to" guys for anything HVAC related from service to install/replacement. They're prompt, professional and proficient. With multiple rental properties, I've worked through multiple providers over the years and have finally found the ones that are dependable but also that I trust not to rip me off - to the point I don't even feel I need to accompany them to properties, I just know they'll take care of the matter in a quick, professional manner without overcharging. Personally, trust is the ultimate compliment and I trust these guys 100%!

This company is very unprofessional. Terry Williams tried to sell my elderly grandma a new furnace. I got a second opinion and they repaired her furnace for $182.

Customer Service was wonderful yet the techs did not spend enough time inspecting the furnace to see what was wrong with it. The techs quoted me a price of $900 without being sure of what was wrong with it. The techs stated they believe it was that part yet were not sure and that if it was not that part; I would be losing the $900. The techs stated they recommend for the furnace to be replaced for $4,000. All it was needed was a $13 part to be replaced. It seems like it was all about the money for them.

One great thing I was able to do is record video testimonials from other happy customers who always praise Terry and Mike for their high quality service and honesty. When I finally do need HVAC repair there's nobody I trust more with my HVAC needs.

We had a new AC unit installed last July the owner told us our first AC check up within 12 months was free, I called them a week ago on a Friday to schedule my check up and cleaning and said “this is free right? Since it’s within 12 months of install?” The owner said”well it can be since you mentioned it” he stated he would be out Tuesday between 11am-1pm my husband took off work to be here and he never showed up, so we called him and he forgot about us, said how about Saturday? My husband said sure, well today is Saturday we have been waiting all day and he never showed up or called. Guess he got my $3800 last year and he’s done! I would not recommend this guy.

Showed up 10 minutes after time frame informed us the heat exchange was broken and could not be repaired. (Should note me and my bf are both under 30 and fairly new to homeowning) and wanted to charge 3500 for a new furnace. We had a family friend come out to give a second opinion and he changed out the thermostat and our furnace is working just fine now. Could not find crack or hole in heat exchange. They were just trying to get us to buy a new furnace

Fired up the AC yesterday and nothing was working. Got up on this hot morning and made a call to Action. Within a hour their service guy, Scott, called and said he was in route! Scott and Robert showed up 20 minutes later , fixed my AC and they went on their way to help another hot customer. From my phone call into Action, to having air …only about 3 hours. Now that’s Action!! Well Done guys

Scott and Rob from Action did a great job updating our old, poorly placed furnace. It was in the crawlspace (Right?) and through pure skill, they were able to relocate a new, more efficient system to the first floor. No more getting into the crawlpace just to change an air filter!
