When I called, they were super friendly and got a tech out very quickly. The tech that came was very nice and professional and explained the situation. He did not pressure us into making a decision about our furnace (if we wanted a brand new or repair existing) but was helpful with giving us all the information we needed to make a decision that worked best for us. We will definitely use Keith's again in the future.

Mitch was incredible. I was running approx. 10 minutes late when he called. He said no problem I will see you when you get here. When I arrived he had already verified the problem and had the means to fix my A/C within 20 minutes, Very knowledgeable and informed me of other potential problems that could happen being my A/C unit is 27 years old.

I subscribe to their PM service and am totally comfortable with the health of my systems. Most recently the techs caught a safety issue with my hot water heater that was addressed quickly by Keith. We appreciate them going above and beyond.

Steve went out of his way to help me this visit and was completely understanding when I mentioned that I had not had anyone out due to a very busy Fall season (despite the company calling me for my usual checkup maintenance). He was friendly, informative, and provided a detailed description of the maintenance/repair he was completing. Plus, he gave my 3 dogs some friendly attention, which they loved!

My AC had stopped working so I called to have it checked. They were able to get someone to come out quickly, which I delayed due to a really bad thunderstorm. Wasn't going to have someone out messing with electric during that.
