Our AC was not working and Keith was highly recommended to us. We were able to schedule an appointment for the next afternoon. Our tech, Mitch, was the best. He arrived right on time and was as professional, considerate, and personable as could be. He tried the least costly possibility first. He took his time...acted like he had all the time in the world for us. Figured out the problem quickly, had the part in the truck, and had our AC back up and running like new. The price was definitely reasonable. Will recommend Keith to anyone with HVAC issues. Everything about our experience was positive. And the girl I spoke with when I called Keith was really pleasant and helpful. I appreciate that. Will never use any other company. Thanks, Mitch!

Our air conditioner stopped working on a 90 degree day. Keith’s Heating and Cooling returned our call quickly and were available the next morning for a service call. Mitch was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the air conditioner repairs. He was able to diagnose the problem and complete all repairs in less than an hour. I’ve been using Keith for a few years and they generally do an ok job. Today I called them out and their tech Mitch came out.

Mitch was very professional and he was very honest walking me through the repair process. Which I appreciated.

Mitch came into my house at a reasonable time yestersay morning and looked at my furnace to ensure it was doing what it's supposed to, educated me on loads of different things I didn't know about my systems, and provided me with explanations to the service he was providing. The billing process is really simple, carbon copy sheets of everything for some old fashioned accountability. There's a huge list on the furnace that has names of technicians from Keith H&C that is now complete with Mitch's name at the bottom. I'll get a new one next time I call.

My service tech was Matt. He was kind, and explained what he was doing, as he serviced my furnace. He asked if I had any questions and told me it would be a good item to get a reasonably priced maintenance program they offer. All in all, a very good service call and I will definitely call them in the spring to check my air conditioning unit before summer starts!
