Keith Heating & Cooling are very professional and explain any reapirs need well, so you can understand what is needed. They were timely in getting repairs done and are great at following up.

Wonderful experience - called on a Sunday due to our furnace not working…Keith called me back promptly after leaving a message - he was so responsive to our needs…went above and beyond and went to the warehouse to see if they had a certain part in stock after another big name company had been out and “diagnosed” the problem but had to order the part and weren’t able to do the repair for a few days. We ended up having the on call technician Steve come out to the home, he did his own check- the initial “diagnosis” from the other company was not correct; Steve identified the actual problem and had our system up and running in under an hour. We will definitely be switching our furnace and AC servicing to them. Keith and Steve both went above and beyond to get things fixed quickly. We are so appreciative!

Keith inspected my old furnace and gave me a couple of options for replacement. There was no pressure to buy high-end equipment. In fact, he recommended the lower-cost furnace, as I really didn't need the more expensive one. Installation was scheduled before he left.

The technician arrived on time. He and his assistant were professional and friendly. They explained what they were doing, and answered my questions. They finished their work in a timely fashion and completely cleaned up their work areas. I highly recommend this company!

Also installed new ac at Spring price, ground HVAC, New programmable Thermostat, new 4" filter and new coil. 12:30 - 5pm Jerry and Max finished full installation which was supposed to be finished on Friday. I hav an old house so tons of stuff could have gone wrong. All was spotless when they left. Jerry showed me what they did with thorough explanation. He was very knowledgeable and friendly after a very long day.They both put up with my 2 big dogs following them everwhere. I'm very satisfied with entire company and hav a monthly maintenance contract set up with them. On time, clean, white booties, fair pricing, friendly. What else can I ask for. It took longer to set up on line acct with bank than it took for them to install entire system.

Install a pressure switch on my furnace and stripped out both screwholes on the inducer motor that mounted it on a new Furnace and could not bother saying anything about it. Just put it back together and left. It should have been a simple job, but they apparently couldn't handle it. As for the owner comment, you can't hide the fact that your tec stripped out the part. Maybe you should ask him. Also, if you look at your low star reviews, this isn't the only time you've got long-winded and rude with other customers because you didn't like the truth. You should be corresponding with your technician and finding out why he stripped the part out and left my furnace like that with the part loose. As far as the permit, I'm assuming the builder of a new home would need a permit.

Mitch came in to do yearly maintenance on a 18 year old Carrier furnace. While he was here he pointed out that’s our exhaust for the hot water heater was not to code while also giving an estimate on a whole home humidifier. Mitch was professional, prompt, and authentic in explaining things to me. It was refreshing to deal with someone who was seemed to be motivated by doing the job right and with integrity.

We had the pleasure of having our furnace turn off on a Thursday night. Alex had the problem diagonosed and the part ordered within the hour. Parts were suppose to arrive Monday at the earliest. Friday morning I received a call that they arrived early. Mitch had us up and running 20 minutes later. I can't tell you how satisfying it is to know that such a reliable and efficient company exist in our little town of Tallmadge. Thank you for such professional and expert work and I can't recommend your company enough.
