Called to get a quote for a new HVAC system and hot water heater. Nice technician came out and inspected the furnace (but not the AC) and gave a quote for everything. They were $6,000 more than two other large and highly rated firms. Not saying these guys aren't good, but based on my experience, I would get other quotes for large/replacement jobs.

Called in the morning and Alex arrived several hours later. They had to order a gas valve which should arrive in a couple days. They did offer an expedited delivery but we are okay for a couple days. Alex took time to explain what he did to troubleshoot the problem, which gave me confidence in the repair.

My furnace kept shutting off of course during the -20 below temps. I called Keith and he answered right away. Alex came out that evening, earlier than they said which was a nice surprise, he immediately got to work. He explained everything he was doing and did multiple inspections. He fixed the issue no doubt! I highly recommend him and Keith Heating! Lesson learned, sign up for the yearly inspection and tune up. Thank you so very much Alex and Keith!!

Great job on the installation. Lent me space heaters until work could be done. Knowledgeable and professional technicians who explained the work and pricing well. Only thing they could have done better is give me a copy of estimate and pricing (preferably email) when I signed.

My boiler went out completely a few days ago. Keith allowed us to borrow heaters until they could bring in a new boiler. They arrived on time and were true professionals. My wife was home and I wasn’t home until they were finished but the boiler looks great from the set up to wiring and plumbing these guys know what they are doing. I’d recommend them to anyone. We recently moved in and had an issue with our furnace motor. I called Keith heating and cooling at 11 am and a tech arrived two hours later. Once the part came in that needed replaced they called and were able to get it installed same day. (Perfect timing with a winter storm!) We are so grateful for the professionalism and promptness of both Mitch and Alex!

Steve was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything. We have used Keith heating for over 20 years because the service is always great and the technicians are very good. We recommend Keith to all of our friends and family.
