I have a 50 year old boiler that was over heating. Keith called me back within 10 minutes of leaving a non-emergency message and said he was sending someone that day without the weekend charge. Mitch was great, and very thorough and very honest. Pointed out some possible maintenance needs, but showed me the very simple problem (missing wing nuts) and suggested it was something I could fix myself rather than have him charge me for it. Keith followed up with a reasonable estimate of other items and just had those fixed. Very happy with this company.

I chose Keith's Heating based on customer reviews, I was not disappointed. Mitch was prompt, professional, and extremely personable. He explained everything clearly so I could understand the issues with my furnace. Mitch then, patiently and in detail, explained to me my options. I will make Keith's Heating my permanent go-to company. If all of his employees are as great as Mitch, this company is the best you will find!

2020: Mitch was absolutely amazing! I'd gone through the little heat wave this past week without AC (intermittent issues that only seemed to happen when a mechanic wasn't around!), and Mitch had it back up and working within the hour! I signed up for the Gold Membership, too - between the discounts and reminders/prompts to do the yearly maintenance required on my furnace and AC, it's well worth the cost.

When I replace my AC unit later this year (Mitch also told me it was 25 years old - yikes!) Keith's is definitely who I'll be calling for a quote!

2022 update: Keith's Heating & Cooling just finished installing my new AC and furnace! Everything looks amazing and works amazing. We have a few months yet before we see if our AC unit is really as quiet as they say! They did the full install in one business day. It was very muddy outside, and they laid down tarps on our carpets to keep the mess of them coming in and out contained. They even wiped up the mud that got on the tile of our kitchen & cement of our basement!

Very courteous. Very fast. Very professional. 10/10, would recommend.
