Rick is awesome! We had a sump fail on a Saturday night and he was at our house within 30 minutes and repaired within the hour. He is reasonably priced and I have full confidence in his workmanship. I will be using him again and would recommend him to anyone.

Rick was awesome. Very responsive, cares about his customers, and does quality work. Installed a water heater for us. He is friendly and pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend him!

Called RK Plumbing at 8:44am and Rick was at my home by 10:45am, earlier than he predicted. Rick unclogged our toilet in less than 10 minutes. He was curtious, informative on why the toilet was clogged and told me how to prevent it in the future. We talked a bit on how he became a master plumber and also revealed he was also a degreed electrical engineer. I was very impressed with his service and knowledge, and I can heartily recommend RK Plumbing, a family owned business. I will definitely use Rick’s service in the future!

We recently returned from vacation to find water leaking all over our furnace room. We called RK Plumbing Heating & Air and Rick responded within 30 minutes; within about 90 minutes Rick had diagnosed the problem, a broken pressure gauge and had the gauge replaced and fixed. Rick also educated us on how our water system works and how to best maintain our water heater and water softener. RK Plumbing saved the day for us and we couldn't be happier. Look, no one likes paying for these types of services. But you are going to have to at some point. And if you do, you want a pro with extensive knowledge & who's a great troubleshooter. Rick Konop is that pro! I have had Rick over for hot water heater replacement , HVAC work, and a backed up drain. Excellent work at reasonable prices. I'm giving RK Plumbing this unsolicited review because they earned it. Good & honest work - give them a try!!

My Main AC unit stopped running this week and I called and spoke with Rick about getting it repaired. In this heatwave, I was thrilled to know he would be able to come out same day. Not only was he on time - he was early! Rick quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. I was impressed with the prompt, courteous service and he explained the problem and action taken. This was the first time I've used this company and was very pleased overall. What I valued most was his integrity - and not trying to make it a bigger issue than it was to make a few extra $$$$.

Rick has been servicing our HVAC systems for over 3 years. In that time he is always prompt, professional and budget friendly. As a local government, we appreciate all these things immensely.

If you are looking for the best, this is the best. Rick is a perfectionist, and will get the job done to exact specifications without any short cuts in labor or parts. The one area you need to remember that is you will not be getting discount work with using Rick personally, and a master plumber is not cheap. So if you have a job that you really need done that is very important, RK is the company to use. We personally use one other plumber for certain work, and the specialty work is done by RK.

Rick was nice enough to me but my husband had a different experience with him. With that said, he fixed our problem, but because he was extremely busy, he could not give us a proper time slot as to when our problem would be fixed. If you have a flexible schedule on needing a non-urgent problem fixed, then I would recommend him.
