I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Mr. Comfort - From the moment you call, Jeanne and Montie are helpful, friendly and caring and they’re certain to get you set up with what you need ASAP; they are the absolute sweetest. I manage a lot of rental units and by far, these guys have the most efficient system of helping me get all of my rental tune-ups scheduled that I’ve ever seen. All of their technicians are incredibly professional, but the best of the best is Ricky. Ricky is constantly quick to find solutions to the problem at hand and makes sure that my tenants get what they need in a hurry, making sure they’re comfortable and understand the process of what is needing done so they aren’t left with questions. I also use Mr. Comfort on my personal residence and Ricky is who I always look forward to seeing during my club membership tune-ups! I certainly cannot forget about Mike Stoll - who answers my questions all of the time (and I have a lot) he runs an extremely efficient, professional and knowledgeable crew (and a successful business, while also being out in the field with his team) and I will NEVER recommend another HVAC company. From inspections, to full replacements, tune-ups and repairs - You will never find a better company to make sure you’re taken care of for the long haul. Ac/Furnace installation

Mr. Comfort (Mike) was great to work with answered all my questions and answered all calls . The installation team Zack and George was on time Monday Morning on time and worked all day and worked effectively and hard. This is a great company.

Thank you to Mike Stoll and his team (Rick-Austin). It was the weekend and extremely hot. I called Mike and he sent Rick out to fix our system, but we decided to go with a completely new system. They brought us a portable air conditioner to use until they could install the new system which was on 2 days later. The guys were professional and courteous. We highly recommend them!

Furance stopped working in the monring. Called Mr. Comfort and they were able to get someone out by noon. TJ and Zach were able to get the problem diagnosed and part ordered. Originally gave a couple day lead time but they called around and found the part in stock. Came back out next morning to replace the part.

Barry came out right away and checked out a/c unit as he does every year. We have a Matanence agreement with them. I knew it was not cooling right and sure enough he found we were low on Freon. Spent a lot of time with us which was great. Thanks for great service .

This company and crew did a fantastic job from beginning to end. They are fast, confident, friendly, and clean. We needed an new heat pump/AC and furnace. It was installed within three days of ordering it, and that includes a weekend. From the time we had the old one inspected to the new one installed any employee who came out to our house, including the owner, were perfect gentlemen and I did not have to worry about my children accidentally overhearing an adult conversation or music that should take place somewhere else. Really happy with the quality of the work so far, and our new system is beyond whisper quiet.

Barry was great! Answered all my questions, gave good responses on some of the questions I did ask. He's right up there with Mike and Ricky

I have used Mr Comfort for several years. They put in a new system at my old house and has serviced my new one several times. They are professional and get right to the root of the problem quickly and effectively. They came to my house this holiday weekend and trouble shooted the problem with my heater for my pool.
