Zack and George did great work installing our new furnace yesterday! They arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the day, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Very pleased!

Had a great experience with Mr. Comfort’s technician Zack Spencer, had routine maintenance done but also discussed the possibility of replacing my old unit with a new one. Zack answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend.

Mr. Comfort Provided an excellent Air Duct cleaning for our home. Can already tell the difference in the air flow. Especially with people in my home with bad allergies

I want to thank Mr. Comfort and everyone that was involved in the mystery with the A/C unit at my house. A big shout out to Barry for solving the problem.

Mr. Comfort install/replaced a new boiler in our church building. They stated that they were qualified to install the new boiler, after I was informed by a representative of Living Comfort HVAC that they were going out of business. The representative from Living Comfort HVAC set it up for Mr. Comfort to perform the installation. I came to find out that it was all a lie. Living Comfort HVAC never went out of business and the owner of Living Comfort HVAC was the father of the owner of Mr. Comfort. Mr. Comfort's owner knows absolutely NOTHING about boilers. He found some people to install the boiler and even they knew very little about boilers. The installation by Mr. Comfort resulted in no gas shut-off valve installed on the boiler, the circuit board was fried due to being wired incorrectly by the installers from Mr. Comfort, and they installed an incorrect circulating pump, which doesn't pump water throughout the 2-story building. The circulating pump they removed from the old boiler worked fine and could have been used on the newly installed boiler, but they took it with them and left an inadequate circulating pump. Before the boiler was complete, the owner of Mr. Comfort sent me a list of piping and other items that was needed to get water to the actual boiler. This piping and other item were already included in the price of the boiler installation, but they wanted me to pay additionally for these items. A damper motor purchased for the boiler was never installed. When talking to the owner about these problems, he said that the people who installed the boiler no longer works for Mr. Comfort any longer and I need to contact the manufacturer of the boiler. All of the people had quit. I've talked to other companies who are aware of this father/son scam, and they know the reason people have quit working there. I am absolutely sure that they have 0 knowledge on how to install new boilers. I implore you to save your money and pass this company by.

Ricky with Mr. Comfort was incredible to work with. Quick to respond, showed up on time and was more than fair with pricing. His crew replaced our furnace quickly and made the process as simple as possible. Mr. Comfort’s customer service and quality of work is truly unmatched.

Zack Spencer is awesome, he went above and beyond to make sure my unit was operating correctly. If you plan on getting a ac unit I would strongly suggest you ask for Zack, you won't be disappointed the care he put into his work is beyond words.

TJ and Zack came out to clean our vents and returns after moving into a new house and they did a great job! They were fast, courteous, and clean! I definitely recommend this service as they showed me all the dust/dog hair/spider webs that they cleaned out of our system! Thanks!!
